Hi! I'm Michaela Whitcomb-Weston, dog mom, avid knitter, casual gamer, history lover, mythology enthusiast, etc . . . 
 

I'm an illustrator and graphic designer who graduated with my BFA in Graphic Design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in June, 2022. I'm
from Sacramento, where I grew up getting art supplies for every birthday and Christmas, and experimented with embroidery, sculpture, painting, scratchboard, linocut print making,
and whatever else I could get my hands on.

Outside of class, I was a longtime member of Cal Poly Amusement Park Engineers & Designers, or CAPED, where I worked on several large design projects and was on the marketing team from June, 2020, until I graduated. From January to August, 2021, I was the Media Lead at OdinXR, a CalPoly sponsored start up using VR and game learningto enhance engineering education.
